4. Free and Paid Plans

X-ROR offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free plan: basic quality downloads, profile picture downloads, with advertisements. Subject to usage limits.
• Basic plan ($4/month): full quality downloads, batch downloads, stories, profile analyzer, no ads.
• Pro plan ($9/month): everything in Basic, plus influencer search, hashtag generator, priority processing, and API access.

Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. Feature availability and pricing may change; we will notify existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect on their next billing cycle.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider, LiqPay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your use of LiqPay is subject to LiqPay's Terms of Service.

• Failed payments may result in suspension of your paid features.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use X-ROR to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including Instagram's Terms of Use).
• Download, distribute, or use content without the content owner's permission where required.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal use or API limits.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security measures.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or access to paid features.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with the Service, or compromise its security.
• Harass, stalk, or harm other users or individuals.
• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Third-party content: Content downloaded from Instagram belongs to its respective owners. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use such content. X-ROR does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

8. Cancellation and Termination

By you: You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then. You may also delete your account entirely, which will remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate and without refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

X-ROR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Downloaded content will always be available or in the expected format.
• Results from our analysis, hashtag, or influencer tools will be accurate or complete.

Our Service depends on Instagram's platform. Changes to Instagram's policies, API, or availability may affect our Service without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, X-ROR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

• You will not provide access to the Service to any person, entity, or region prohibited by applicable sanctions.
